Use of the App
Polira provides wallpaper browsing, image editing, wallpaper preview, favorites, saving, and coin-based premium actions. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
Permitted Use
- Use the app for personal, lawful purposes
- Use editing and preview tools as provided in the app
- Save edited wallpapers to your device for personal use
Restrictions
- You may not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the app
- You may not use the app in a way that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
- You may not attempt to bypass purchase flows, coin requirements, or app protections
Coins and Purchases
Some advanced features may require coins. Coins can be obtained through in-app purchases offered through Apple. All purchases are handled by Apple under its own billing terms.
Unless required by law or Apple policy, coins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.
Availability
We may update, improve, limit, or remove app features at any time to maintain quality, security, or compliance.

Polira is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the app will always be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
